The final payment must be cleared within 3 days of demo approval. If payment is not received within this period, delivery of the completed website may be delayed until payment is cleared.
Domain name and hosting costs for the first year are included in the service price. Annual renewal costs after the first year are the client's responsibility. I will inform you of upcoming renewals in advance.

A revision refers to reasonable modifications to existing content, colors, layout, or text. The following are NOT considered standard revisions and may incur additional charges:
Additional revisions beyond the included amount are charged at a rate discussed and agreed upon via WhatsApp before the work is done.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the website and its content. All custom-developed code and design elements become the client's property.
Some website elements may use free-to-use third-party resources (free stock images, fonts, icons, plugins). These are governed by their respective licenses. I will use only legitimately licensed third-party assets.
I reserve the right to showcase the completed website in my portfolio as a work example, unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.
The client is responsible for all content provided (text, images, videos, etc.). By providing content, the client confirms they have the right to use it. I am not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from client-provided content.
I will fix any bugs or issues caused by my development work free of charge within 30 days of launch. Issues caused by client modifications, hosting problems, or third-party updates are not covered by this warranty.
My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. I am not liable for:
I build SEO-friendly websites following best practices. However, I cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. Google rankings depend on many factors beyond website development including competition, content quality, backlinks, and Google's algorithms. SEO is a long-term process that takes time and consistent effort.
I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client business information, project details, and communications. I will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit client permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
